At over 22 million views on Youtube.com, Lady Gaga’s newest music video, Telephone, is getting all sorts of feedback. Some find it fascinating, some find it appalling. But the real focus is what it represents. No one needs to understand the reason for the cans in Lady Gaga’s Coke-head hair-do. It’s pop! There is no single answer.
Just like fashion or art, it’s is a persons own ideas that make up a piece of work. Don’t ask why there are product plugs. She’s funding her entire tour from her own pocket.
I think the video is her interpretation of self-expression. It may seem weird, but imagine if you could freely express yourself. Do you think anyone would find your interpretation ‘normal’?
Then again, I have only become a serious fan about 3 months ago. I won’t know much until I get the chance to experience her in concert. But whatever, that video is some seriously impressive shit! It’s like looking into the mind of Gaga!
So, when are you coming to Las Vegas, Lady Gaga?
Per her website it seems she will be here in August. The 13th at the MGM Grand. Tickets have NOT gone on sale yet, however and rumor has it, they will be pret-ty pricey! Let’s hope not!

She does do absolutely crazy things, and I don’t even think she does it to shock. I think that’s just how she is. I only got into her because my younger (aaagh – yes he’s heard all the lyrics) brother loves her and so replays and replays her songs. I now know all the lyrics to all her albums. Consequently I am now a good fan of hers.

Oddly enough, my male (and straight) friend introduced me to Lady Gaga. Still no word when the tickets will come available for Vegas! I heard pre-sale tickets went on sale already. I did some pricing for them… SCARRY! She is head-lining for the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago this year!! Along with Green Day and Soundgarden. Weird. The Walkmen will be there, though! Good band!!

Ok. All I have to say, is thanks a lot Ticketmaster. and Thank you to all the ticket scalpers out there now charging $300 or whatever for a freakin’ Lady Gaga ticket. I sat and waited for the tickets to go on sale on ticket master, (4-10-10 at 10am) and as soon as 10am hit, I picked up 2 tickets and proceeded to checkout… NO SEATS WERE AVAILABLE! Thats not the best part… I tried again and ticketmaster went completely blank. The website crashed along with my chances to see Lady Gaga. I’m pretty ticked!! Anyone want to sell me a Lady Gaga ticket for cheap?? Does anyone even have any tickets?
